Southend Gang Show is delighted to return to the Palace Theatre with their 2014 variety show ‘It’s A Date’. Performed for the first time in 1966, the Southend Gang Show has delighted audiences in over 24 shows and this year will be no exception!  Featuring Scouts and Guides from the Southend Districts this is a show not to be missed!

Overview

With its first show performed in 1966 the Southend Gang Show is now a huge part of the scouting and guiding community in the Southend area. Currently performed at The Palace Theatre, Westcliff on Sea it is a highlight in the districts scouting and guiding calendar. Always bright, exciting, funny andentertaining, Southend Gang Show continues to go from strength to strength.

Description

What is it that makes Southend Gang Show so entertaining?
The over 100 strong cast all singing, dancing and acting, the colourful scenery, the wide variety of imaginative costumes and the brilliant music played by the band. All these things and more create Southend Gang Show. You can’t describe it until you’ve experienced it, so make sure you come to our next show. You don’t have to be involved with scouting and guiding to be part of the experience, come watch and enjoy!
Southend Gang show is open to Guides and Senior Section members from the following Divisions: Southend East, Southend West, Rayleigh and Castle Point and to Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Network members from the following Scout Districts: Southend West, Southend Estuary, Crouch Valley and Castle Point.
To audition for the cast or band you need to be in year 8 or above.



Get Involved!
If you're involved in Scouting or Guiding in the Southend area then you can get involved! Whether you're an adult leader or young person then you can join in.
Southend Gang show is open to Guides and Senior Section members from the following Divisions: Southend East, Southend West, Rayleigh and Castle Point and to Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Network members from the following Scout Districts: Southend West, Southend Estuary, Crouch Valley and Castle Point.
To audition for the cast or band you need to be in year 8 or above and under 25 years old.
